AM2PM at the NEB Festival with DigiTrio

The AM2PM project was present at the at the DigiTrio booth during the New European Bauhaus Festival in Brussels. The Festival brought together EU stakeholders, innovators, researchers, policymakers and representatives from across the built environment sector to exchange ideas on more sustainable, inclusive and high-quality living environments.

As part of DigiTrio – Digitalization for a Novel Triad of Design, Fabrication, and Materials, AM2PM was presented alongside other EIC - European Innovation Council Pathfinder Challenge projects exploring the transformative potential of digitalisation within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction sector. The DigiTrio booth provided an opportunity to present shared goals, including reducing embodied CO₂, improving buildability, and enabling predictive design and manufacturing through data-driven methods.

The Festival was opened by Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, and attended by representatives of the European Commission. The DigiTrio booth also welcomed high-level visitors, including Ekaterina Zaharieva, European Commissioner for Startups, Research and Innovation, and Enrico Giovannini, former Italian Minister of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility.

AM2PM’s presence as part of DigiTrio contributed to strong project visibility and helped connect its work on digitalisation, fabrication and sustainable construction with a wider European innovation community.
